The Integrated Buffet is a complete and standardized solution for hot and cold food exposition. It is a Buffet solution for those who want change, are pragmatic and need a quick option, gaining efficiency, beauty and functionality. The Integrated Buffet is available in the heated and refrigerated versions. The Heated Integrated Buffet is composed of the counter, sneeze guard and thermoelectric glass.
Heated Integrated Buffets can be produced in various sizes, depending on the Thermoelectric Glass units you wish to use. The standard sizes are presented for your knowledge and optimized for use. If you wish other sizes, we can study the best way to meet your needs.
Glasart’s Thermoelectric Glass is composed of a tempered glass surface, a screen-printed electrical resistance on its bottom part and a temperature controller. The process of maintaining the glass temperature is carried out by a flow of electric current through the electric resistance, which confers efficiency, durability and speed in the desired reach of temperature maintenance.
The sneeze guard’s protector guarantees greater protection and hygiene of food.
The structure of the Integrated Buffet is made of carbon steel with black electrostatic painting for greater load capacity and durability. The surface and details are made of Antiqua coated MDF.
Integrated Heated Buffet is composed of thermoelectric glass, counter and sneeze guard, forming a complete and efficient buffet.
The Integrated Heated Buffet uses Glasart’s Thermoelectric Glasses and sneeze guards, providing heating, protection, and hygiene for food. Its use is simple, you just have to turn on the Thermoelectric Glass and lighting, and start the service. The superior illumination helps with heat maintenance with the infrared lamp and also the visibility of the products offered.
Pre-Operation: you only need to turn on the lighting and also the glasses in the digital temperature controllers, wait for 10 to 15 minutes, and start the operation.
Operation: Glasart’s Thermoelectric Glasses temperature is automatically maintained and controlled through thermal sensors throughout the buffet’s operation period.
Post-Operation: The equipment is turned off and returns to the room’s temperature. Glasart’s Thermoelectric Glasses can be easily and quickly cleaned, by using only a damp cloth and mild soap, when necessary.
Pré-Operação: os Vidros Termoelétricos da Glasart necessitam de “em média” apenas 15 minutos para chegarem à temperatura de funcionamento, previamente programada. No caso de equipamentos convencionais, que utilizam outros tipos de resistência elétrica, este tempo de pré-aquecimento é muito mais demorado, podendo chegar a até 2 horas.
Operação: a temperatura dos Vidros Termoelétricos Glasart é mantida e controlada, automaticamente, através de sensores térmicos, durante todo o período de operação do buffet.
Pós-Operação: a limpeza do Buffet Integrado Aquecido é simples. Basta passar pano úmido nos vidros e nas superfícies de contato. Seu Buffet Integrado aquecido ficará pronta para o próximo uso.
