The multi-purpose heated cart is a complete, practical and flexible solution for serving hot food. It can be used to display already packed food in grab&go format or as a self-service buffet, which displays food on platters. It has wheels that allow the product to be easily moved, as well as shelves to display complementary products. To ensure the maintenance of the food’s temperature, there are thermoelectric glasses and heating lamps, forming a very efficient system.

THERMOELECTRIC GLASS
Glasart’s Thermoelectric Glass is composed of a tempered glass surface, a screen-printed electrical resistance on its bottom part and a temperature controller. The process of maintaining the glasses’ temperature is carried out by a flow of electric current through the electric resistance, which confers efficiency, durability and speed in the desired reach of temperature maintenance.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The digital controller attached to the product allows the regulation of the surface temperature of the Thermoelectric Glass, and it can be adjusted to the desired temperature, between 86°F and 338°F (30°C and 170°C).
CONSTRUCTIVE MODEL
The structure of the Multipurpose cart is made of carbon steel for greater load capacity and durability. The finishes are electrostatically painted in black and textured.
PRATICALITY
Tailor-made for Glasart’s equipment, Glasart Multipurpose carts have a versatility that facilitates their operation and you do not need to worry about masonry work. You just have to position the carts where better suits you, connect them to power and start the operation!
Pre-Operation: Glasart’s Thermoelectric Glasses need on average 15 minutes to reach the pre-set operating temperature. Conventional equipment, on the other hand, use other types of electrical resistance, which makes preheating time much longer and may reach up to 2 hours.
Operation: Glasart’s Thermoelectric Glasses’ temperature is automatically maintained and controlled through thermal sensors throughout the buffet’s operation period.
Post-Operation: the equipment is turned off and returns to the environment’s temperature. The Thermoelectric Glasses cleaning can be done in a simple and quick way, using only a damp cloth and neutral soap, when necessary.
Pré-Operação: os Vidros Termoelétricos da Glasart necessitam de apenas 15 minutos para chegarem à temperatura de funcionamento, previamente programada. No caso de equipamentos convencionais, que utilizam outros tipos de resistência elétrica, este tempo de pré-aquecimento é muito mais demorado, podendo chegar a até 2 horas.
Operação: a temperatura dos Vidros Termoelétricos Glasart é mantida e controlada, automaticamente, através de sensores térmicos, durante todo o período de operação do buffet. Assim, o pessoal de operação do buffet necessita preocupar-se apenas com o abastecimento e a reposição da comida.
Pós-Operação: os equipamentos são desligados e a temperatura volta ao nível normal do ambiente. A limpeza dos Vidros Termoelétricos Glasart pode ser efetuada de uma forma simples e rápida, utilizando-se apenas de um pano úmido e sabão neutro, quando necessário.
