Glasart Refrigerated Lanes are the best solution for the maintenance and presentation of cold dishes, salads, desserts and drinks and the best option for the beauty and functionality of your buffet.

We offer several options and sizes of Refrigerated Tracks, built-in or overlapping, with flat or deep surfaces.

How it works?

REFRIGERATED
LANES

Presented in 4 models, Flat Onyx, Flat Steel, Deep and Tau and different sizes for a choice that best suits the needs of your service.

CONSTRUCTIVE
MODEL

Glasart’s Flat Refrigerated Lane, with contact surface in glass or brushed stainless steel, Glasart’s Deep Refrigerated Lanes, with brushed stainless steel contact surface and Tau refrigerated lanes with premium surface, exchange heat with the environment and utensils placed on the tracks.

They are composed of condensing units that operate with refrigerant fluid, radiators, compressors and other components inherent to the refrigeration system.

They have a digital temperature controller that works on-off.

APPLICATIONS

The Flat Refrigerated Racks are available with flat surfaces in glass (Onyx), stainless steel (Steel), or tile (Tau), making them ideal for keeping cold dishes, salads, and desserts properly chilled on the buffet.

HYGIENE
AND SAFETY

Glasart’s Refrigerated Lanes are easy to operate, clean and dry. In the end of the service, just wipe the water excess with a clean cloth.

The best way to use Glasart’s cold lanes

We are familiar with establishments that work with a buffet routine and having this in mind, we created a product that can get your restaurant the best results.

Pre-Operation:  Each establishment has its own way of starting the operation and that is why the refrigerated lane adapts to your needs. You need to turn it on about 30 minutes before the start of the operation, so the ice layers can be formed. But you will be able to dispose your dishes before that, if you want.

During the Operation: after the refrigerated lanes temperature regulation, the refrigeration system will keep your buffet cold so it can have its best performance. The ice layer will remain on the lane until the end of the operation and whenever a new regulation is needed to lower or increase the temperature even more, you will have this facility in the digital controller.

Post-Operation: It is easy to clean and dry. In the end of the service, just wipe the water excess with a clean cloth.
