The PVC Pad protects the Cold Lanes, avoiding scratches against the surface or sides of the Lanes.
In addition to protection, the PVC Pad facilitates hygiene on Cold Lanes, since it can be removed from the buffet and cleaned in the kitchen so that your equipment is always like new.
