The multi-purpose refrigerated cart is a complete, practical and flexible solution for serving cold food. It can be used to display already packed food in the grab&go format or as a self-service buffet, displaying food on platters. It has wheels that allow the product to be easily moved, as well as shelves to display complementary products. To ensure the maintenance of the food’s temperature, there is a refrigerated shelf with temperature controller and LED lighting, forming a very efficient system.

FINISHING
Glasart Refrigerated Shelves are easy to operate, clean and dry. At the end of the service, you just have to remove the water excess with a clean cloth.
Pre-Operation: Every establishment has its own way of starting the operation and that’s why the refrigerated shelf adapts to your needs. You need to turn it on about 30 minutes before the start of the operation for the ice layers to form, but before that you can already expose the dishes.
Operation: no worries, after the temperature regulation on the cold shelves, the refrigeration system will keep your buffet cold and at its optimal performance. The layer of ice will be maintained until the end of the operation and whenever you need a new regulation to lower or raise the temperature, you will have this facility in the digital controller.
Post-Operation: it is easy to clean and dry. At the end of the service, simply remove the water excess with a clean cloth.
