Pre-Operation: The equipment must be turned on 15 minutes beforehand to reach the appropriate operating temperature for the buffet..
During Operation: There is practically nothing to do with the Showcases, unless you want to turn off the lighting, which is done using the on-off switch.
Post-Operation: After turning off the lighting system, you can use window cleaner or water with neutral soap, taking care that the windows are at room temperature.
