The ideal solution: a station for meat carving, exhibition and food distribution.
The Carving Station can be used in two different ways, with a board for cutting food or with a Thermoelectric Glass for food exhibition and distribution. The carving station is equipped with a white polyethylene board (optional) and in addition to keeping food warm, provides a very special highlight, valuing the exposed product.
When used in conjunction with the Thermoelectric Glass, it forms a beautiful, efficient and practical set, which enables superior heat maintenance, through the infrared lamp, and lower temperature maintenance with Glasart’s Thermoelectric Glass.
The Carving Station is supplied in 2 models: one with a board for carving food and the other one with a Thermoelectric Glass for food exhibition and distribution.
Available in 1 size: 60×40 cm (23,62”x15,74”).
Carving
Station
Glasart’s Carving Station is the biggest innovation in the foodservice market for carving and maintaining heated foods, as it has an infrared lamp.
Constructive
model
It can be produced with stainless steel or carbon steel. Equipped with a food cutting board, in white polyethylene or in conjunction with the Thermoelectric Glass for heated food maintenance.
Temperature
control
The Thermoelectric Glass has a digital controller that allows the surface temperature reading, which can vary from 30°C to 160°C (86°F to 320°F). Easy to use, it can be programmed to the desired temperature.
Hygiene
and safety
The cutting board must be removed and washed with water and detergent. For the Thermoelectric Glass, a damp cloth and mild soap are enough to clean after service. The glass has no resistance edges, avoiding acidentes when inadvertently touching the working surface.
Applicable for Carving Station use with the Thermoelectric Glass.
Pre-Operation: the equipment must be switched on a certain time before the service begins in order to reach the proper buffet operating temperature. Glasart Thermoelectric Glasses need only 15 minutes to reach the operating temperature, previously programmed. In the case of conventional equipment, which uses other types of electrical resistance, this preheating time is much longer, reaching up to 2 hours.
Operation: the Thermoelectric Glass temperature is maintained and controlled automatically by thermal sensors, during the entire period of the buffet operation. Thus, the buffet’s operating personnel need only to be concerned with the supply and replacement of food.
Pos-Operation: the equipment is turned off and returns to the environment’s temperature. The Thermoelectric Glasses cleaning can be done in a simple and quick way, using only a damp cloth and neutral soap, when necessary.
