It has 2 Glasart Thermoelectric Glasses 70×57 cm, 4 heated infrared lamps and wheels, which allow the product to be moved easily, forming a very practical and functional system.

How the Heated Counter for Rotisserie Works

GLASS THERMOELECTRIC

Glasart Thermoelectric Glass is composed of a tempered glass surface, an electrical resistance screen printed on its lower part and a temperature controller. The glass heating process is carried out by a current flow through electrical resistance, which provides efficiency, durability and rapid heating.

CONTROL TEMPERATURE

The digital controller attached to the product makes it possible to regulate the surface temperature of the Thermoelectric Glass, which can be adjusted to the desired temperature, between 30° C and 90° C.

MODEL CONSTRUCTIVE

The Rotisserie Heated Counter is made of carbon steel for greater load capacity and durability. The finishes are in black and textured electrostatic paint.

PRACTICALITY

The Heated Counter for Rotisserie has versatility that makes it easier to operate and you don’t have to worry about masonry work. Just position the Counter, connect them to power and start the operation!

The best way to use the o Heated Counter for Rotisserie

Pre-Operation:Glasart Thermoelectric Glasses only need 15 minutes to reach the previously programmed operating temperature. In the case of conventional equipment, which uses other types of electrical resistance, this preheating time is much longer, reaching up to 2 hours.

Operation: the temperature of Glasart Thermoelectric Glasses is maintained and controlled automatically, through thermal sensors, throughout the buffet’s entire operating period. Therefore, the buffet operating staff only needs to worry about supplying and replacing the food.

Pos-Operation: the equipment is turned off and the temperature returns to the normal ambient level. Cleaning Glasart Thermoelectric Glasses can be carried out quickly and simply, using only a damp cloth and neutral soap, when necessary.
